Medical Science Liaison is the extension of the medical function in the field. They build and develop enduring 'win-win' relationships with healthcare professionals and institutions, creating constructive partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to generate insights. MSL is executing the field medical activities that are aligned and integrated to the overall medical strategy within the Vaccines CSE MCO.

Main responsibilities:

  • Engaging with the medical community (doctors, regional and local key opinion leaders, scientific societies) to present scientific and medical information about Sanofi products.
  • Providing substantive support for internal partners in organizing medical congresses, advisory committees, workshops, and training initiatives.
  • Supporting external lecturers in delivering balanced, non-promotional knowledge about therapeutic areas and Sanofi products.
  • Participating in the development and implementation of educational programs to improve the daily practice of healthcare professionals.
  • Attending conferences and scientific symposia in the relevant therapeutic area.
  • Developing current product knowledge and specialized medical knowledge among Medical Representatives by assessing substantive needs, developing training programs, conducting training sessions, and providing ongoing medical advice within their field.
  • Collaborating on local research, participating in the preparation of clinical and non-interventional studies.

About you

Experience:
  • Knowledge of the healthcare organization in Czechia and the pharmaceutical market and additional experience will be an asset.
  • Experience in collaborating with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and medical professionals will be an asset.

  • Well-developed relationship-building skills.
  • Independence, decisiveness, initiative, and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to learn quickly and effectively.
  • Ability to prioritize and consistently complete tasks.
  • Communication and presentation skills - ability to communicate and present scientific knowledge.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Driving license
  • Education: Higher education in medicine (MD or PharmD) or any other related sciences
Languages:
  • Very good command of English. Professional proficiency in Czech.
  • Willingness to travel throughout Czechia and frequent business trips.
