  • Develops and executes the stakeholder engagement plans, aligned with the Medical Plan.
  • Provides high-quality, accurate, balanced and directed information to key customers and stakeholders in response to unsolicited requests for information.
  • Collaborates effectively with relevant internal stakeholders while maintaining full compliance with company, industry, legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Gathering data and identifying insights from in-field field stakeholder interactions and providing feedback to the cross-functional organization to feed the Medical Glocal strategy (e.g., allowing enhancement of scientific messages, plans, etc.)
  • Being the trusted scientific partner to key external experts (incl. KOLs, Transplant physicians, other scientific stakeholders), establishing and maintaining robust, long-term peer relationships

About you:
  • Scientific degree (preferred MD, Pharmacist, PharmD, PhD, MSc in relevant area)
  • Experience in Specialty / Haematology/Oncology/ Transplant preferred
  • Experience in academia / research environment highly preferred, or
  • Relevant experience in a hospital or clinical setting in Transplant or immunology highly preferred

Soft skills:
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to utilize effective, professional communications to cultivate strong working relationships with internal and external colleagues, flexible in own approach to people and situations.
  • Ability to work in an agile fashion, demonstrate creativity and be a strong team player.
  • Agile learner who is comfortable operating in complex environments and working on multi-disciplinary teams

Technical skills:
  • Clear understanding of medical practice, clinical decision-making and healthcare systems related to patient care in Transplant
  • Advanced understanding of clinical/medical science in Transplant, Haematology, Oncology or immunology
  • Ability to leverage an omnichannel approach in the engagement with external experts to orchestrate a optimal scientific engagement based on their level of maturity and preferences
  • Ability to interpret key scientific data and translate this information to meet educational and research needs
  • Ability to develop and convey a precise and concise scientific value narrative to a broad set of stakeholders
  • Ability to stay abreast of data, treatment trends, and new information in the profession and ability to articulate scientific knowledge and translate expert feedback into appropriate insights
