MSL Manager for Resp/GI
- Recruit and lead high-performance non-alliance immunology MSL team of respiratory and gastroenterology.
- Facilitate seamless collaboration with GMT/cross-function team and resulting in aligned objectives.
- Leverage medical plans to positively influencing pipeline products' phase 2/3 trial, NDA and launch excellence.
- Transversely cooperate with internal stakeholders to support the generation and communication of scientific and medical insights to internal stakeholders.
- Establishing and empowering immunology MSL team for respiratory and gastroenterology.
- Ensure strong career pathways are established through development planning of team and oneself to ensure talent engagement and retention.

- Ensure excellence in execution of all governance processes and manage MSL resources and budgets.
Experience & Knowledge:
- 5+ years of industry experience in medical affairs, preferably in field-based functions.
- 3+ years in management positions, preferably supervising field-based personnel.
Education:
- Master's degree or above in medical science; clinical experience is preferred.
- Expertise or education in project and team management is preferred.
Core competencies:
- Experience managing, coaching, and developing small teams.
- Fluent English speaking and writing.
- Quality orientation.
