Role Purpose:

The Master Data Analyst LATAM is responsible to maintain (create or update) customers and commercial agreements in CCM S4/HANA module upon request from Trade team, sales team or any other appointed responsible based on commercial policy template. Contributes to improve service to customers through the proper maintenance of commercial conditions, pricing master data and customer master data.

Accountable for data maintenance to ensure the seamless sales order processes and facilitate coordination with applicable stake holders.

Works towards guarantying the compliance with related Demand to Cash in Export processes and mandatory controls for ensuring 0 findings for audit and self-assessment purposes.

Main responsibilities

Customer Master Data

1. Customer Master Data:
  • Data Requester process the requests. They are responsible for validating and completing master data requests and applying data governance principles. They support the development of field names, definitions and formulas.
  • Data Approver Review validate and complete request (if needed).
  • Create and update customer master data, customer hierarchy, customer assortment, business partners and set up of master data blocks on customers.
2. Transactional Master Data:
  • Maintain customer master data fields in GENERAL DATA influencing the order process: ex: Transportation zone, Order information, acknowledgement, invoice email address usage License numbers [DEA, SL, ...] Unloading points/goods receiving hours
  • Create and maintain customer master data fields in SALES AND DISTRIBUTION influencing the order process (based on customer facing and trade input): ex: Rounding, Delivery setup [partial, complete, ...], Delivery plant, Shipping condition, POD relevancy, Customer text
3. Contract & Commercial Conditions Maintenance
  • Maintain (create or update) commercial agreements and conditions (including Transfer Price when not automated) in CCM S4/HANA module upon request from Trade team or any other appointed responsible based on commercial conditions template
  • Maintenance (create or update) of approved Price List in SAP S/4 based on commercial policy template upon request from Trade or any other appointed responsible
  • Manage request for contract modifications according to commercial policies agreement

About you
  • Experience: Knowledge of SAP desirable
Intermediate Excel knowledge required

• Education: Bachelor's degree in administrative careers

• Languages: Spanish & English (must have). Intermediate -Advanced conversational English- Must have
