Job purpose

As a Marketing Lead for Sanofi One Rare, you are joining the team managing Sanofi Taiwan top growth driver, but beyond, you're having the opportunity of making an impact in the life of many patients and their families, by working hand in hand with our internal cross-functional teams as well as all the external stakeholders involved in the rare disease community in Taiwan to launch life-saving new treatments, to raise and expand the awareness around these rare conditions, to support doctors and hospitals teams in the diagnosis of these patients, and last not least, to ensure the right level of support is provided to patients throughout their disease journeys.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, coordinate and deliver brand strategies and tactical action plan working hand-in-hand with the local cross-functional teams as well as the global counterparts to maximize portfolio opportunity
  • Set clear goals and tracking systems to ensure strategy, tactics are executed according to plan, spending is under control and business goals are delivered accordingly
  • Lead and coordinate new product planning efforts, assessing local opportunity for new global pipeline and deliver business cases working hand-in-hand with both local and global cross-functional taskforces
  • Work with Sales Managers to design best-in-class sales teams capability building from onboarding to new product launch training, regular certifications and POA/Kickoff meetings
  • Work with Sales Managers and Medical in developing situational analysis, strategies and action plan for Taiwan top key accounts
  • Work with Medical Patient Lead to ensure best-in-class patient solutions offering and working closely with our patient support program teams to ensure smooth cooperations with cross-functional teams
  • Work with medical teams to identify opportunities for local data generation strategies, for existing or future portfolio, as well as maximization of medical society events, advisory boards, and global congresses
  • Work with medical diagnostics team to ensure best-in-class diagnosis process is in place for diseases across our portfolio, with optimum coverage in Taiwan hospitals, and with strong cost management
  • Strong ownership of portfolio financials : Accountable to deliver accurate 5 Year strategic plans and budget patient model access and financials assumptions
  • Strong ownership of portfolio performance : Accountable to deliver accurate monthly performance analysis and rolling 3 month quarter sales forecast, and quarterly sales business review preparation
  • Build and maintain very close relationships with Top 15 KOLs with at least quarterly f2f visits, as well as key PAG, access and medical associations stakeholders
  • Lead team to innovate by bringing new ways of working, finding out new business opportunities, developing innovative tactics and projects that brings differentiated and valuable engagement with our stakeholders
  • Work with PM, medical and OCE teams to design the right go-to-market model and resource allocation strategy for the portfolio leveraging digital new ways to prioritize and maximize resources where feasible
  • Attract, manage, develop and retain diversified and talented team by creating an open and inclusive workplace with strong performance culture
  • Play an active role in OneSanofi beyond BU/JD scope by participating and contributing in company activities, sharing insights, suggestions and feedbacks with senior leadership team to gain visibility and contribute to making Sanofi a successful organization in Taiwan
  • Ensure all teams undertakings and communications are fully aligned with our code of conduct, business ethics and company SOP

About you

Education
  • BSc. degree or above, with major in Pharmacy or related Health Sciences.
  • MSc. or MBA, with time abroad will be a plus.

Experience & Knowledge
  • At least 8 years of experience in Sales & Marketing in Top Pharma MNC is a must.
  • Proficient in spoken and written Chinese and English, with strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Experience in patients and sales forecast modelling is a must.
  • Experience in interfacing with global stakeholders is a must.
  • Experience in new product launches is a must.
  • More than 2 years of team management is a plus.
  • Experience in Specialty Care, Rare Disease, Neuro, Cardio and/or Haematology is a plus.
