• Observe and learn within the context of the Vaccines Business Unit through interaction with a cross-functional team and marketing team
• Help with daily administrative tasks within the Business Unit (e.g purchase orders, events invitation letters, materials requests...)
• SAP system use for the movements of marketing materials
• Involvement in frequent cross functional activities and updates
• Support the team with the elaboration of Excel files and Power Point presentations
• Gain insights on the very diversified activities that a marketing team faces day by day
• Develop project management skills by working closely with the PMO in developing and optimizing internal processes, best practices, and implementing improvement plans to achieve business objectives.

• Bachelor's degree in economics, marketing or related fields
• Good English (minimum level: B2)
• Good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent interpersonal skills, organizational abilities, and a strong motivation to learn the Sales & Marketing Specialist role.
