Main responsibilities:
As a Marketing Intern, you will support the product manager in the development and execution of strategic marketing plans for portfolio. This role provides exposure to marketing functions, product launches, market analysis, and promotional activities within the pharmaceutical industry. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, regulatory, and medical affairs, to help drive brand growth and market positioning.
  • Market Research & Analysis: Assist in gathering and analyzing data on market trends, customer needs, competitor activities, and sales performance.
  • Campaign Support: Help in the development, execution, and tracking of marketing campaigns (digital and traditional) aimed at healthcare professionals and patients.
  • Content Creation: Assist in the creation and approval of promotional materials such as brochures, presentations, and product literature to support product marketing strategies.
  • Digital Marketing: Support in digital marketing, inclusive but not limited to social media campaigns, email marketing, and digital channel.
  • Event Planning: Support in organizing and coordinating conferences, seminars, webinars, and other events for product promotion and brand awareness.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Liaise with the sales team to ensure alignment on promotional activities and alignment of key messages.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Assist in ensuring all marketing materials comply with pharmaceutical regulations and are approved by the relevant authorities.
  • Administrative Tasks: Provide administrative support to the marketing team, such as maintaining databases, preparing reports, and managing documentation.

Experiences/Competencies Required
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Pharmacy, or a science-related field. (science related engineering undergrads are welcome)
  • Strong interest in the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms is a plus.
