- Supporting the professional work of the Supply Chain organization through the entire distribution chain, from the planning of the production of our medicines to the sale of our products on the Hungarian market
- Preparation of daily sales reports, monthly wholesale reports, ad-hoc reports
- Analysis of stocks, sales data, active participation in the compilation of statements
- Carrying out sub-tasks for sales to logistics partners and pharmaceutical wholesalers
- Participating in project work, supporting Supply Chain Business Partner colleagues
- Liaising with marketing, trade, registration and quality assurance specialists
About you
Experience
- Ongoing studies in BSc or MSc at the fields of Supply Chain, Finance, Economics, Logistics or any similar
- Availability to work at least 20-25 hours/week, with the possibility of working up to 40 hours/week outside teaching time or during passive periods, for at least one year
Soft and technical skills
- General knowledge of MS Office, intermediate knowledge of Excel
- Analytical and practical mindset, tolerance of monotony
- Ability to work independently, accurately and to deadlines
- Determination, openness, and flexibility
Languages
- Intermediate level of active written and spoken English, Hungarian knowledge is mandatory
