The responsibility of the Manufacturing Excellence Change Leader is to provide change management leadership to continuous improvement projects. Continuous improvement projects may span the entire organization, but will primarily focus on operational support within Sanofi IA. This role interacts with and makes recommendations to the site's senior leadership, as well as plant management. The position is viewed as a developmental opportunity leading to a greater responsibility within the Chattanooga CHC/Sanofi organization.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Responsible in assisting in Sanofi KPI reporting on a monthly basis.
  • Support implementation of Sanofi Manufacturing System (SMS) across site and act as a catalyst for change.
  • Support Head of Manufacturing Excellence in advancing site initiatives.
  • Facilitate root cause analysis and SMS/Lean workshops.
  • Use analytical tools to prepare and present data to senior site leadership and encourage data driven risk taking.
  • Develop quantitative analysis on projects directly managed and analysis managed elsewhere in the operation department.
  • Manage, collaborate in cross-functional highly visible projects while ensuring productivity, and efficiency

About You
  • BS in Engineering, Business Management or related STEM field required.
  • Knowledge and application of Lean/Six Sigma skills with proven results.
  • Advanced skills with Microsoft Office Products to include: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, Visio, and Outlook
  • Analytical mindset- Ability to analyze facts of information and choose the best available solution to solve problems.
  • Creativity/Innovation- Develops new and unique methods to ensure continuous improvement. Constantly seeks new means for improving current processes.
  • Fosters Teamwork- works efficiently across multiple business lines to establish goals, resolve problems, and identify opportunities that positively impact the organization.
