One of the goals of this program is to feed a leadership pipeline of top talent for our Sanofi Pasteur 2025 Management Associate Program (Rotational Development Program). The Management Associate Program launches your career to the next level through a targeted approach.

Responsibilities May Include:
  • Lead or support development of brand strategy
  • Conduct market research and competitive intelligence projects
  • Analyze and recommend customer segmentation
  • Develop or optimize brand messaging
  • Develop a creative campaign
  • Execute marketing tactics, such as marketing communications materials, digital initiatives, stakeholder meetings and public relations activities
  • Conduct an ROI assessment to help regions and countries assess the cost-effectiveness of promotional activities
  • Lead commercial evaluation and planning of product development initiatives
  • Support product launch preparations
  • Lead a task force charged with addressing an emerging strategic challenge

About you

Basic Qualifications:
  • Must be working towardsan MBA atan accredited university with plans to graduate in Spring 2026
  • Must have permanent US work authorization
  • Must be actively pursuing an MBA degree in an accredited university and be enrolled in school after your internship concludes
  • Candidates must be able to relocate to the office location and be available to work 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday, for the duration of the internship program

Preferred Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
  • Demonstrated leadership experience strongly preferred, on or off campus. (student club, sports team, community/volunteer, etc.)
  • Advanced Proficiency of MS Office including PowerPoint, Word and MS Excel
  • Strong interest in marketing and sales
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and the desire and ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Adaptability in a changing and challenging environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
