Budapest Logistics and Distribution Platform's Logistics Team is managing export sales and freight orders for outbound shipments on behalf of different legal entities of Sanofi group.

Within the BLDP Logistics Team you will oversee Export Customer Service and Transportation activities for the given flows in SAP and other systems.

You will manage the flows in cooperation with various players in the supply chain (customers/market SC members, factories, distribution centers, freight forwarders, etc.) to meet the expectations of export customers and ensure the delivery of products on time.

Main responsibilities:
  • Ensure the processing and monitoring of export orders from receipt to delivery to the customer (entry, preparation, invoicing, documentation) in compliance with deadlines, commercial agreements concluded with the various partners, pharmaceutical regulations and Good Distribution Practices.
  • Contribute to achieving monthly turnover targets and avoid stock shortages, coordinate activity according to market priorities.
  • Maintain and enforce export procedures. Be a driving force in improving procedures and reducing non-value-added actions.
  • Optimize transport to markets, in line with budget expectations and negotiated deadlines.
  • Ensure the availability and compliance of documents required by customers and other stakeholders in the supply chain.
  • Take an active part in continuous service improvement projects (role of contributor or project manager). Projects will be conducted across the entire department.
  • Present improvement projects annually for the scope in charge and implement the necessary actions during the year to achieve the continuous improvement objectives set.

About you

Experience:
  • Relevant experience gained at an international company

Soft and technical skills:
  • Knowledge of International Trade, international transport, tax and customs rules
  • Knowledge of Digital tools (SAP, SAP TM, MS Excel)
  • Good interpersonal skills & sense of diplomacy
  • High adaptability
  • Team spirit
  • Rigor & Autonomy
  • Be proactive in managing priorities

Languages:
  • Fluent Business English (both verbal and written)
  • Hungarian is a must

Education:
  • University/college degree (BSc or MSc)
