Main responsibilities:
• Responsible for supporting the organization's performance tracking and management system using and integrating multiple data sources.
• Manage the environmental/market assessment process; work with Global Business Operations/Competitive Intelligence.
• Lead franchises/TAs interpretation and analysis of key business indicators to identify and communicate trends, and issues
• Develop relationships with internal key contacts (other affiliates, Region, Global, and other GBUs) in order to share best practice; take part in cross-functional transformation programmes; obtain acceptance of and approval of Canadian projects; and influence global Sanofi Genzyme business operations strategy.
About you•
• Expert in using complex data sets and database management skills (SQL)
• BA/BS in Business or Finance or relevant area
• Leading others through business area management
• biotech/pharmaceutical industry experience involving sales, marketing, business operations, and/or analytics. Advanced degree (MBA, MSc, etc) highly preferred
