- In charge of pricing negotiation with key account hospitals.
- Ensure that the listing of all Sanofi products in Key Account Hospitals with appropriate pricing and accepted margin from company point of view so as to maximize the potential of Sanofi products in the market.

Main responsibilities:
- Propose different scenario of pricing and discuss with BU / Finance.
- Work with BU and ensure the process of pricing negotiation is smooth.
- Monitor and follow-up the pricing of Sanofi products and competitors through constant field works.
- Monitor & review the pricing and sales volume for Key Account regularly.
- Maintain good relationship with decision makers in key accounts.
- Work with BU to provide reasonable supports to make sure the sales achievement.
- Provide customer service supports to hospitals for pricing related issues.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
- Sanofi employee must understand of own roles and responsibilities in avoiding health risk (Health), preventing accidents (Safety) and environment protection (Environment). Involved in any such activities must comply with HSE policy.
About you
- University (Bachelor of Science)/Diploma major in Pharmacy or related fields.
- Over 5 years in sales management in major pharmaceutical companies.
- Experience in handling government contract.
- Experience in hospital price negotiation.
- Sensitive to price / volume analysis.
- Good negotiation and analytical skills
- Good command of speaking and writing in English is a plus.
- Demonstrated the ability to establish relationship with decision makers.
- Good presentation skills.
