As a Jr. Financial Analyst, you will support your local finance operations team in various responsibilities such as budget and forecasting, project tracking analysis, month-end and quarter-end closing activities (journal entries, reconciliations, etc.) to help ensure the completeness and accuracy of the financials to meet targets and drive results.

Main responsibilities:

  • Support month-end and quarter-end closing activities, including preparing accruals, journal entries, and managing master data in ERPs and TM1
  • Apply allocation methods during the closing process where applicable
  • Manage personnel costs controlling, including the STI (Bonus) Accrual and True-Up process
  • Prepare analysis for balance sheet accruals, prepaids, and reserves, and support financial reporting to Controllers
  • Analyze financial results to identify risks and opportunities, presenting findings to management
  • Prepare monthly account reconciliations, explain balance fluctuations, and create specialized reporting for off balance-sheet items
  • Collaborate with business partners to analyze spending, prepare monthly accruals, and continuously seek process improvement opportunities
About you


Experience:
  • Work experience in a related field

Soft and technical skills:
  • High attention to detail, quality, and ability to work under pressure and strict deadlines with strong analytical capabilities
  • Strong organizational skills to manage a high volume of projects at a detailed level and capability of working in multiple systems and tools
  • Ability to develop rapport and credibility with key stakeholders and work effectively across international work streams in a complex matrix environment
  • Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, V-lookups, macros, and data downloading; technology-savvy with agile learning abilities
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, motivated to grow in your career, and business-oriented

Education:
  • Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance is required
