As Junior Customer Engagement Manager in our Swedish vaccine team, you'll be part in developing and executing innovative customer engagement strategies for the Swedish market with a "Customer First" philosophy.
You will work closely with various departments, including marketing, sales, regulatory and finance, to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience, and participate in leading digital transformation projects, enhancing customer engagement through AI and data analytics, implement the use of innovative tools within the team and adopt digital transformation and agile methodology and AI to accelerate & scale up new operating models.

Main responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement: Develop local customer engagement strategies for our vaccine portfolio, understand customer needs and behaviours, translating these insights into actionable plans.
- Go-to-Market and Channel Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments of available go-to-market channels, evaluating their effectiveness in reaching targeted customer segments, provide qualitative data to support business initiatives and optimize strategies.
- Content Development:Collaborate with brand leads and local teams to develop materials and content for engagement campaigns.
- Customer Insight and Analysis: Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement. Relay customer insights to relevant teams. Enhance customer satisfaction and overall experience by addressing pain points and meeting customer expectations.
- Problem Solving:Address customer issues promptly and effectively, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Sales Monitoring and Reporting:Monitor sales, develop reports, and prepare monthly dashboards with internal analytics tools empowered with AI.
- Strategic Planning:Participate in budget, forecasting, brand planning and other strategic planning activities.
- Regulatory compliance: Ensuring all customer engagement activities comply with local regulations and ethical standards.
About you
Experience:
- Experience in relevant field or pharmaceutical industry would be a plus.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Eagerness to learn and grow within the company.
- Proactive, dynamic, customer-centric mindset.
- Organization, planning and project management skills.
- Team player with positive attitude, and developed strategic and analytical thinking skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Education:
- Master's Degree in Business or Marketing, or a related field.
Languages:
- Fluency in English language; local language or familiarity with any Nordic language would only be a plus.
