岗位职责:
1) Brand Management and Marketing
-Familiarize Corporate Brand Guideline, Employer Brand Basics & Practical, EVP Brand Book, Employer Brand Visual Guardrail, EVP (Employee Value Proposition) and TVP (Talent Value Proposition), Tone of Voice
-Complete Corp. Brand & Tone of Voice Training
-Adhere to Brand Guidelines, ensure 100% brand compliance for all employer branding creations
-Creative assets design/creation/revision/translation/proofread, and other adhoc marketing actions
-Provide creative idea input at anytime is most welcomed

2) Social Media Operation
-Act as admin for WeChat Official Account, WeChat Channel, WeCom, TikTok, RED, LinkedIn, and other internal & external social media platforms
-Execute Social Medial posting in accordance with China Employer Brand Editorial Calendar
-Plan, organize, film, edit, post on various of social media in accordance with brand guideline and editorial calendar
3) Early Talent Acquisition and Marketing
-Source, interview, recruiter, onboard office-based interns
-Conduct effective Recruitment Strategy Meeting independently
-Support online and offline early talent marketing events, in accordance to Early Career Playbook and Brand Guideline

-有实习经验且每周可工作五天'每周可申请至多两天为远程办公
-可实习至少六个月者优先'应届生/准备秋招者谨慎投递
-有招聘'猎头或校招社招支持经验者优先
-会用Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, 秀米者优先考虑
-会用Final Cut, 剪映, The MarTec等视频剪辑软件者优先考虑
-英语读写流利者优先考虑
