Our Team:
In view of the intended separation of Opella, the Consumer HealthCare (CHC) business of Sanofi, Communications is fast-growing and working as a high-performing, global, stakeholder-focused, networked team.
As part of the Opella Global Communications team, the Employee Communications Assistant supports the Employee Communications lead overseeing the group's worldwide internal communications channels. This individual will play a key role in engaging teams around the company's mission and transformation.
Main responsibilities:
- Write editorial content for Opella's worldwide internal communications channels
- Maintain the internal editorial calendar and liaise with stakeholders to source content
- Create content for and update intranet pages on SharePoint
- Ensure community management of internal channels
- Measure and optimize channel performance
- Support internal editorial strategy, working closely with stakeholders from People & Culture, Manufacturing & Supply, Growth Hub, and local communications teams to curate content, ensure consistency with internal editorial guidelines, and target it to the relevant audiences.
About you:
- Pursuing a degree in Communications or Journalism (Master 2).
- A first professional experience in communications or marketing.
- Strong editorial skills in English (native speaker).
- Demonstrated understanding of Microsoft 365 applications (SharePoint, Viva Engage, Stream, etc.) and content performance analytics.
- Proficiency in multimedia content creation tools and platforms (Adobe Suite, Canva, etc.).
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the capability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders.
