Main Responsibilities

This position is a senior expert role which will drive the strategic Integration Platforms for CHC with key pillars based on TIBCO and Informatica. This includes:
  • Lead the Integration platform experts to deliver fit for purpose service in support of key CHC programs.
  • Maintain a strong cross-functional relationship with the various project and operational teams continually sharing new features, functionality, process improvements, lessons learned, and other best practices.
  • Monitor the performance and reliability of the iPaaS platform, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Implement proactive measures to enhance scalability, reliability, and responsiveness of integration services.
  • Establish governance processes and controls to ensure adherence to security, compliance, and data privacy requirements.
  • Monitor and enforce policies related to data integration, access control, and service-level agreements (SLAs).
  • Foster automation across integration domain to support the different workstreams via DevOps.
  • Support the implementation of various architectures for Enterprise Application and Data Integration, Messaging and File Transfer platforms establishing best practices for system performance, security, and resilience to failure.
  • Ensure that the integration platform is aligned with the CHC business ambition and up to date in terms of evolutions and performance.
  • Building integration-centric offerings and help CHC transition from traditional integration platforms to modern integration architectures (iPaaS adoption, DevOps integration, deploy anywhere architecture - containers) aligned with the enterprise architecture.
  • Define and develop platform standards, best practices, governance, and automation aligned with enterprise architecture.
  • Manage vendor relationships and contracts, ensuring alignment with service-level expectations and performance metrics.
  • Both contribute to and develop various dashboards and reports to gain insights into the performance and utilization of the service to improve the operational effectiveness, future needs, and governance.

About You

Technical Background Required
  • 10+ years of experience in Integration Technologies Expertise and relevant experiences in business project support.
  • Proven experience leading integration teams or services.
  • Excellent knowledge related to integration frameworks, use cases, integration design patterns, and data engineering best practices.
  • While our current integration platform is based on TIBCO and Informatica, experience in other platforms like Axway, SAP BTP, SAP CPI or any Enterprise Integration Platform.
  • Experience on managing hybrid IaaS, SaaS, and on-premise ecosystems.
  • Good understanding of infrastructure technologies, architecture, and compliance.
  • A familiarity with the new digital technologies and associated cyber practices for Cloud, Infra-by-code, IaaS/SaaS/PaaS services, OT/IoT, factory 4.0, DevSecOps, etc.
  • Experience in a regulated sector is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Git fundamentals, including branching, merging, rebasing, and resolving conflicts.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD concepts and tools (e.g., JFrog, Travis CI) and their integration with GitHub.
  • Knowledge of industrial systems, especially SAP.

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to work in an international matrixed environment.
