As a Senior Demand Planner you'll manage Supply Chain activities for products within the i3PS scope (third party customers) and produced in CHC Manufacturing sites.
You will be responsible for:
• Demand Management: forecasting analysis and consolidation from customers.
• Customer relationship management for all SC topics (regular follow up meeting, escalation management).
• Supply management for the third-party activities of the CHC plants.

• Integration of new activities following divestment projects
• Manage a team of three i3PS Demand planners.
Main Responsibilities
Implementation and management of a single Supply Chain process for the i3PS perimeter
• Collection of needs from customers (Forecasts and Purchase Orders) and analysis of contractual conditions
• Data integration into Opella system (Kinaxis - Rapid Response)
• Master data management for demand part (BOD, demand parameters, forecast consumption)
• Capacity assessment with Manufacturing sites (Supply Planning team)
• Monitoring and follow up of the production planning/ deliveries (OTIF)
• Leading periodic customer follow-up
• Implementation of action plans with Production sites to lead improvement of Supply Chain performance.
• Work on processes improvement and governance in collaboration with Key Account Managers and E2E Planning Center of Excellence
• Develop reporting to support the team and highlight our Supply Chain KPIs
Key accountabilities
• Supply continuity and risk management.
• Lead Monthly Supply Review meetings with both Customers and CHC sites (SP Team).
• Work in collaboration with Supply Planning team to identify potential bottlenecks (Capacity, Resources, etc.) and ensure that alternative solutions are in place to mitigate the impacts.
• Work in collaboration with several functions such as Master Data, Customer Service, Key Account Managers, Finance, Quality.
• Be a key business partner in crisis management.

About you
Experience
• Supply Chain, Business, Pharmaceutical or related areas
• At least 5 years of experience in Supply Chain, preferably in a regional/global position
• Management experience would be a plus
