As the Hospital Specialist Representative - Diabetes in the VIC WEST territory, you'll maximise the sales of Sanofi diabetes therapies through engaging with key accounts and customers, leveraging available technology, tools and content, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Main responsibilities:
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs, maintaining high levels of activity with target customers
  • Develop expert knowledge of customers and accounts, engage key accounts to address unmet needs, and remove operational barriers in the treatment pathway in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Engage key accounts to understand, identify and address unmet needs along the patient journey. Apply strategic thinking to leverage opportunities in each account.
  • Tailor the customer journey for each healthcare professional and connect content and channels in a way that enhances the customer experience.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with key opinion leaders and facilitate interdisciplinary collaboration by connecting customers with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Review metrics and sales data to optimise engagements and apply extensive knowledge of therapeutic areas and market trends to add value to customers
  • Partner with Marketing, Medical, Sales colleagues, and relevant functions to drive brand objectives, provide customer insights, and adapt to new technologies and evolving ways of working.
  • Adapt to evolving ways of working and utilizes new technology and AI to continue to add value to internal and external stakeholders.

About you
  • 2+ years experience in a Specialist Representative, Hospital Sales Representative or Key Account Manager position
  • Proven ability to thrive in a competitive and evolving environment
  • Experience working in endocrinology or similar therapeutic area
  • Experience in engaging with and developing Key Opinion Leaders
  • Tertiary qualifications in Pharmacy, Science, Nursing, Business, Marketing or Education
  • Completion of Medicines Australia CEP
  • Full Drivers License
