Main Responsibilities:
- Responsible for planning, development and execution of the Supply Chain Specialty Care projects and to steer the continuous improvement ('Business excellence') within Specialty Care SC - In full alignment of the Global Supply Chain Strategy & Excellence Continuous Improvement & Sustainability Strategy
- Business partnering between GSC Strategy & Excellence and Sc Specialty Care - Member of the SC Projects and Business Excellence LT and the SC Specialty Care LT
- Responsible for planning, development and execution of the key/strategic Global projects impacting Specialty Care business to meet Overall Sanofi and M&S goals and to meet the Supply Chain Specialty Care goals
- Setting quality standards and carrying out quality controls during the project
- Management of project implementation in collaboration with Project teams and Global resources
- Transparent & Standard reporting system for progress tracking
- Ensure tasks are completed on time and in budget.
- Continuous Value tracking
- Setting quality standards and carrying out quality controls during the project
- Responsible for the SC Specialty Care project portfolio management:
- Prioritization & optimization of programs & projects pipeline
- Adaptative resource capacity management
- Cross-program risk management & dependencies
- Prioritization & optimization of programs & projects pipeline

- Expertise & Know-How
- Drives continuous improvement projects to improve Supply Chain Performance
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements, cost savings opportunities, and other initiatives that will drive business excellence within the supply chain organization.
- Mastery of Agile and adaptative techniques
- Ensure consistency during implementations with Play to Win and M&S Strategy and CORE models / Excellence teams
- Expertise & Know-How
- Demonstrates leadership to keep the involved teams motivated and focused on project goals and deliverables.
About You
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or in a related field. APICS certification a plus.
Experience:
- 10+ years of Supply chain experience (E2E, supply chain planning, operations, capacity, inventory, materials...) or related work experience.
- 3+ Supply chain process improvement / operational excellence experience
- 3+ years in a leadership role
- Strong background in supply chain management and people leadership.
- Experience in conducting performance evaluations and improvement initiatives.
- Experience in cross functional transformation project management or program leadership.
- Proven experience in working in a multicultural environment such as in an above country role or working abroad.
Soft skills:
- Strong leadership skills, proven record of developing people and capabilities.
- Strong proven management skills with the ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams.
- Result-orientation, problem-solving attitude and a "getting things done" mentality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders. Thrives in working in transversal and cross-functional teams.
- Ability to effectively work in a matrix, multi-cultural, global organization.
Technical skills:
- Excellent project management skills, with experience managing projects from initiation to completion.
- Broad understanding of the technology context and its implication on business
- Strong understanding of supply chain planning concepts and best practices
- E2E and Site Kinaxis system knowledge is considered an asset.
- Knowledge of route customer fulfilment processes and tools is considered an asset.
- Knowledge of route to market and customer engagement is considered asset.
Other:
- Knowledge of General medicines portfolio and General Medicines Manufacturign & Supply processes is considered an asset
- Languages: Fluent in English, additional languages are an asset.
