ABOUT THE JOB

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Maintain organization effectiveness through:

  • Solutions architect focused on establishing strategic Payer Partnerships (Private and Public)
  • Cultivate executive-level relationships with the top payers to identify and exploit strategic partnership opportunities that lead to Sanofi's revenue growth across the product portfolio and Business Units
  • Evaluate current payer strategies and assess new approaches to Sanofi's payer business including value-based strategies and affordability considerations.
  • Establishes trust-based executive-level relationships with private and public payers to identify their key needs, KPI's, uncertainties driving decision making and potential areas for strategic collaboration.
  • Acts as Payers' single point of contact and representative of all Sanofi's products across business units. Invites extended Sanofi experts to join Payer discussions
  • Provides leadership and subject matter expertise on the changing healthcare dynamics and the needs of the payer customer. Proactively shares best practices and leverages synergies across Business Units

Education/Experience/Certification:
  • Education: Business related Degree
  • Customer Centricity, with keen judgement
  • Fluency in uncertainties driving payer decision making
  • Fluency in Financial planning, Risk Management and Funding mechanisms
  • Strong Analytical skills, negotiation skills, strategic thinker
  • Interpersonal leadership
  • Learning agility
