Job title: Head Modern Trade
- Managing the MT business of consumer healthcare products including: P&L, Strategic alliances, Business Development and Operations
- End to end management including growing and maintaining relationships with various MTpartners
- Create annual Joint business plans and maintain long term business relations
- Defining and ensuring execution of business strategies, brand promotions, consumer campaigns, new product placements, displays and shelf space
- Support marketing in short- and long-term promotions including tactical promotions
- Being updated about latest trends in the MT business which should lead to innovative and unique ideas to enhance our presence
- Setting and achieving the sales targets and gross margin targets for Mt with Commercial Head

Knowledge, Skills & Competencies / Language
- Understanding and handling of MT business is critical
- Program management skills,
- Relationship management and
- Strong communication skills
Qualifications
- Graduate degree, Post Graduate degree preferred
- Minimum 10+ years' experience.
- 3-4 years in managing and leading MTbusiness / driving B2B E-commerce partnerships
- Experience in working with external partners is desirable
