This is a fantastic opportunity for a young professional to work with the Western Europe Health Care Professional Team to gain lots of experience in leverage practices and synergies across the zone, create winning HCP strategies & activation plans, create strong innovative content that will increase HCP engagement.

In this role, you will report to the HCP Over-The-Counter (OTC) team and work closely with the Consumer Healthcare Marketing, Shopper and Science team.

Main responsibilities:
  • Supporting HCP Management team in creating an HCP zone strategy for priority brands: leverage best in class practices across the zone.
  • Coordination and oversight of HCP projects.
  • Be responsible for HCP Event Management Process.
  • Writing briefings to creative agencies and support development of new Content Materials.
  • Support MCE activities & execution of strong dissemination plans.
  • Administrative tasks such as permission management, Purchasing Orders, Logistic Management.
  • Through your strong communication skills, you drive the collaboration between yourself and Brand & Innovation team, Sales team, Purchasing, Science and other specialist departments in Austria and within Western Europe Zone.

About you
  • Experience: Experience in pharmaceutical industry is a plus.
  • Soft and technical skills: An energetic, pro-active, and professional presence with a hands-on mentality. Resilient, high degree of self-initiative and flexibility. Good communication skills. Ability to work and cope with in an international & multicultural environment that is in transformation.
  • Education: Master's degree in international management / project management/ marketing / communications or relevant field.
  • Languages: Proficiency in English and German.
