JOB PURPOSE:
- Be part of analytical engine to BUs (Business Unit) to improve field force productivity, optimize resource allocation and drive sustainable growth
- Manage BU field force operation related works in scope, deliver the works with quality & meet the timeline
- Coordinate between BU and CE teams to ensure a smooth and efficient process complying to corporate guideline
- Support LM on data preparation and consolidation, analysis design, executionby closely and actively comm
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Analysis and Insight Generation (40%)
- Perform data processing and analysis with given tasks, able to understand business dynamics and generate insights from data
- Leverage best practices across GBUs and industrial benchmark to synergize analytical frame and work
- Provide both routine (e.g. stock analysis report, alert list, etc.) and ad-hoc analysis for BU and management, able to automize some routine reports

Field-Force Operational Management (30%)
- Lead following FFE tasks from process & data support perspective including
- Target hospital management
- Target customer management
- HA & Commercial territory alignment
- Target setting
- Provide consistent methodologies, templates, tools and analytical support to BU in the field force operation cycles, and drive efficiency, productivity and discipline
- Communicate with BU field force leaders, marketing team and other CE counter part to handle keep the smooth running of FFE related process
Daily Operation and Data management (30%)
- Support LM to drive up Vx FFE working module operational excellence & participant in milestone projects
- Field-force sizing & FTE deployment
- Territory optimization, low productivity territory management, etc.
- Customer segmentation
- Facilitation of successful new project launch
- DM/RM or DCM/RCM performance assessment model development, etc.
- Provide support to LM in cross-function initiative, typically streamlining new working model, dashboard development, etc.
Education:
- Minimum bachelor degree
- Advanced degree (such as Master, PhD, or MBA) is preferred
- At least 5 years experience in FFE field, most preferably in MNC pharmaceutical companies; furthermore, have market research, data analysis, consulting, etc. experiences highly preferred
- Solid knowledge in FFE tools, processes and analytical frameworks
- Skills of project management and good cross-functional communication
- Strong capability in Excel Modeling and Powerpoint Presentation
- Ability to solve difficult and changing situations and influence peers or more senior members in the team
- Ability to constantly self-challenge and challenge others in a constructive way
- Good command of written English, communication verbal English
- Good analytical skills to drive comprehensive analysis and provide business recommendations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills and techniques to interpret cross-functional dynamics
- Ability to work under pressure to deliver high-quality analysis and operational work
- High level of integrity and be transparent
