Our Order to Cash (O2C) team drives excellence with advanced digital solutions like AI and machine learning. Operating globally, we work on diverse projects, offering growth and learning opportunities.

Business Operations, a global Sanofi organization, provides services across regions, including O2C, A2R, and Financial Sanctions Compliance. Over the past two years, Global Finance Services has expanded significantly.

O2C covers Credit Management, Collections, Cash Application, and AR closing, and is expanding to include Customer Master Data, Pricing, Claims, and Order Management.

A Global SME - Order Management role ensures core model adherence, drives process improvements, and supports regional teams through coaching and change management, contributing to global project success and efficiency.

Main responsibilities
  • Contribute to design, development, simplification, and optimization of Order Management core processes (order taking, delivery, invoice processing)
  • Collaborate on policy and procedure changes to support standardization and process optimization
  • Propose innovative actions to simplify operations and harmonize solutions
  • Build and maintain relationships across geographies, driving process standardization
  • Lead core model adherence audits and ensure compliance across regions
  • Use dashboards to report non-compliance, improvement opportunities, and performance trends
  • Ensure effective implementation of global projects, supporting technology rollouts and data-driven business cases

About you
  • 5-10 years of experience in Order Management, with strong knowledge of Order to Cash, Supply Chain processes, and related systems
  • Proven experience in project management, and leading a project or a team, engaging 3rd parties, and understanding of pharma business, trade environment, finance, and business modeling
  • Strong analytics skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyse, and disseminate information with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong multicultural mindset, teamwork, and interpersonal skills with the ability to lead remote teams and work across regions
  • Adaptable to changing situations, able to take initiative, and skilled in creating high-quality presentations
  • Strong customer orientation, problem-solving attitude, and the ability to challenge the status quo and propose innovative solutions, while effectively collaborating in a team environment and demonstrating independence when working autonomously
  • Hands-on experience with SAP (S4 Hana preferred), expertise in Microsoft Office and MS Excel. Salesforce experience is an advantage
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or Engineering, fluent in English (B2 level minimum)
