We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Management Office Manager to collaborate with the GRA Management Office Lead. The ideal candidate will be able to intelligently interact with multiple stakeholders on various levels across the organization, autonomous, precise, and creative, capable of navigating complex organizational dynamics while providing top-notch support with collaborative mindset.

The GRA Management office aims to facilitate effective management of GRA's priorities, facilitate effective governance and ways of working within the GRA units and act as an interface to connect the dots with the rest of the organization, supporting effective decision making and information sharing.

Main responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive support to the Management Office Lead, assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects, ensuring all tasks are completed on time and within scope.
  • Draft, secure review, and distribute communications on behalf of the Management Office Lead, ensuring clarity and precision.
  • Maintain and organize important information, records, and reports, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Identify and resolve issues proactively, using creative and strategic thinking to overcome challenges having the GRA Strategy as north star.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, demonstrating diplomacy.
  • Conduct research and provide insights to support decision-making processes, presenting findings in a clear and concise manner.

About you

Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in management or governance roles, with demonstrated experience in process improvement and project management.
  • Proven experience in supporting executive leadership, including coordinating cross-functional projects, working closely with senior leaders, and effectively communicating and translating strategic decisions to teams.
  • Experience working in an executive support role is a plus.

  • Leadership skills with a digitally savvy, creative mindset.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional, multicultural teams.
  • Attention to detail and ability to translate strategy into actionable plans.
  • Results-oriented, with a focus on problem-solving and continuous improvement.
  • Open-minded with thoughtful risk-taking.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently, with agility and time management.
  • Skilled in navigating complex organizational dynamics.

Education:
  • At least a bachelor's degree, or equivalent, in science, economics, business administration, digital or related studies. An MBA would be an asset.

Languages:
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken).
