As a Global Process & Solution Analyst - Guided Buying and S2P User & Supplier Experience, you will be supporting the design, development, and governance of parts of the S2P process, a key L2 process in the organizations Source to Pay core model. You will be responsible for analysing current processes and identifying improvement initiatives across the organization's global operations. This role involves working closely with regional and local teams and outsourced service provider to identify, develop, and implement best practices that enhance efficiency, quality, and consistency of processes worldwide. You will report to the Global Process Lead Guided Buying and S2P User & Supplier Experience.

Main responsibilities:

  • Tactical Buying & Tail Spend Management: Support the implementation and optimization of the Core Model for Tactical Buying and Spot Buy, in collaboration with Procurement. Drive improvements in Tail Spend Management by increasing automation and promoting the use of preferred buying channels. Facilitate the Source-to-Pay (S2P) process for non-preferred and non-automated purchases.

  • Guided Buying & S2P end-to-end Helpdesk: Support the implementation and optimization of Guided Buying services, including technology enablement, and assist in defining the Core Model for managing tail spend Purchase Requests to ensure correct Buying Channel usage; collaborate with BPO partners to develop an integrated end-to-end helpdesk with a Single Entry Point from Procurement to Invoicing and Travel & Expense (T&E), while providing support for the Guided Buying section of the S2P Helpdesk.
  • S2P User & Supplier Experience: Enhance the user and supplier experience with S2P processes, tools, and support, including helpdesk services. Provide insights, guidance, training, and communication to Procurement and Non-Procurement business areas, ensuring alignment with Core Model standards. Oversee the integration of S2P tools across sub-processes in collaboration with system owners and GPLs. Support supplier contract audits as needed.

  • Connect-to-Resolve (C2R) Development: Act as a key S2P counterpart in the ongoing development of Connect-to-Resolve (C2R) solutions. Provide expertise on S2P C2R topics, improve helpdesk services, and manage customer feedback, SLAs, and satisfaction surveys. Address pain points by analyzing C2R ticket learnings and collaborating with BPO partners and GPLs.

  • Process Analysis & Documentation: Analyze current S2P processes to identify inefficiencies and propose improvements. Assist in defining specific S2P sub-processes and implementing standardized ways of working. Support Core Model deployment and monitor gaps in different regions, while collecting data to enhance process performance, compliance, and user experience. Contribute to process documentation updates.

  • Technology & Solution Support: Provide support for digital solutions and process technologies (e.g., Coupa, Concur, SAP). Propose process and technology standards, identify best-in-class solutions, and offer recommendations to improve solution usage and automation. Stay updated on market trends to ensure continuous improvement in user experience and technology adoption.

  • Continuous Improvement & Performance Reporting: Assist in executing Core Model improvement initiatives, contributing to project timelines, risks, and issues. Ensure continuous improvement documentation is maintained and followed. Contribute to KPI and DQI definition, monitor KPI targets, and support their implementation across regions. Address performance alerts and propose data-driven improvements where needed.

About you

Experience:
  • Proven experience (5+ year) in Source-to-Pay or Procure-to-Pay process ownership role.
  • Demonstrated experience in process optimization, standardization, and change management.
  • Strong understanding of S2P processes at scale in a global context.
  • Experience in implementing source-to-pay technology solutions (e.g., e-procurement, spend analytics) is preferred.
  • International experience working with diverse cultures and global teams in a nice-to-have.

  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate strategy into actionable plans.
  • Effective communicator with the ability to influence to drive adoption of standardized S2P processes.
  • Ability to travel approximately up to 10% of the time.

Education:
  • Bachelor's or similar degree in business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

Languages:
  • Fluency in English.
