- Driving operational effectivenessin regulatory processes.

TheCHC Science Center of Excellence (CoE)is an internal resource organization with a presence in several countries, such as India, Colombia, and Hungary. The primary Science CoE is located in India. It is established to centralize various processes and activities-including Regulatory, Medical, Pharmacovigilance, CMC, Labelling, and Clinical Operations-to manage and support Science Customer functions effectively. The CoE is dedicated to being a collaborative partner for strategic and tactical support for CHC Science on a global scale, aiming to maintain world-class performance and deliver exceptional value.
Main responsibilities:
- Establish and promote standardized processes and best practices within the CoE, ensuring consistency and alignment across business units, functions, or regions.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing between teams and functions by providing training programs, workshops, and knowledge repositories for process improvement and excellence.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the CoE by encouraging employees to identify opportunities for optimization and innovation.
- Monitor process performance within the CoE and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of process improvement efforts.
- Support change management efforts by providing guidance, tools, and resources for the adoption of new processes and ways of working.
- Explore emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in process management and excellence within the CoE to drive innovation.
- Establish governance structures and frameworks within the CoE to oversee and monitor process improvement initiatives and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Build process management capabilities within the CoE through training, coaching, and mentoring programs.
- Integrate global and local managers feedback and insights within into process improvement efforts to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Leverage technology within the CoE to enable process automation, digitization, and optimization.
- Foster cross-functional collaboration to address cross-functional challenges and opportunities.
- Conduct benchmarking exercises within the CoE and share best practices with internal and external stakeholders
- Oversee the digital landscape for Science and user access management support for the CoE
About you
- You will hold a minimum of an MS degree, with higher qualifications like Pharm D, MD, PhD, or equivalent preferred.
- You will bring over 8 years of experience in the global pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical industry, with extensive team collaboration.
- You will have at least 10 years of scientific experience in the Life Science industry, ideally in pharmaceuticals or consumer healthcare.
- You will demonstrate at least 5 years of leadership and team management within a matrix organization.
- You will challenge existing norms, focus on impactful priorities, and maintain our values while striving for excellence.
- You will prioritize the organization's collective goals over individual interests in your decision-making process.
- You will engage with customers to understand their needs, bringing their perspectives into our strategic actions.
- You will possess strong English language skills for effective communication in a global context
