Main Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
  • Drive performance through process sustainability, maturity and adherence, to achieve the Company, Function, GSC and site's Strategy and Ambition in Manufacturing and Supply (M&S) Demand-to-Cash and Plan-to-Manufacture domains, including Planning, Procurement, Demand, Controlling & SMS using the Sanofi Systems like Kinaxis, e2Open, SAP, Athena, iShift, etc.
  • Drive Design Authority process in governing the evaluation, prioritization, and validation of Core Model changes and enhancements, ensuring strategic integration and effective resource utilization
  • The role will coordinate, and support different Planning CoEs BPOs, Global Supply Leads, IBP Leads, Sites and Markets inside the SC Planning network scope. This role will be supporting the Business Process Owners, Global SC Supply Planning and IBP functions improve planning maturity and adherence in their domain responsibilities.
  • Support all System Usage maturity and adherence through Reports, Analytics, documentation, trainings, upskilling and transformations projects inside SC Planning. The role is part of the Business Process Owners Team and will support the Sanofi Operating Model and Core Models for all systems

Key Accountabilities

The Global Planning Process Sustainability, Upskilling and Adherence Steward is an on-going global role:
  • Provide inputs to the GPLs in the creation, maintenance and updates of global SOPs
  • Animation of Global SC, GBU, Markets, Sites and other dept resources to bring Planning Process Sustainability, Maturity and Adherence awareness in the SC organization, including continuous improvements.
  • Collaborate in the setup/definition of detailed process maturity methodology and metrics, together with COE Workstream Leads (Process Guardians), and SMS 2.0 Flow and Supply Lead, following Value Realization in overall approach and strategy
  • Work with Global Process Sustainability and Adherence Lead, Planning CoE Workstream Leads, SMS 2.0 Flow and Supply Lead, and Functional/GBU Heads, in establishing periodic process maturity and adherence review for Sites, Above Sites and IBP Functions (global and local)
  • Co-drive in creating a foundation and culture for knowledge exchange, training, recognition programs and continuous improvement
  • Ensure reporting/communication timeliness and correctness of Planning Process Maturity & Adherence Dashboard
  • Ensure global audit readiness for Core Models and Data for respective domains.

He/she will support the harmonized process, data, adoption globally, including support to key Transformation programs
  • Support to the Business Process Owners and to the Projects & Excellence teams when deploying processes as stewards of the standards ensuring adherence to core model
  • Lead or participate in Proof of Concepts of new developments, improvements, changes in global business processes and related system tools.
  • Leading global priorities with all levels for value realization, simplification, and continuous improvement in the domains, data and processes.
  • Support to the Change Management activities needed with all Planning transformation projects
  • Support Planning BPOs in upskilling process, training documents to ensure that new practices are consistent across functions and properly adopted globally for all planning functions
  • Provide support for cross-domain, cross-functional decision making when changing/implementing business processes
  • Support network/communities of practice for Planning processes and tools
  • Maximize harmonization and synchronization between programs when engaging with stakeholders

He/she will co-drive the Design Authority Process in governing the evaluation, prioritization, and validation of Core Model changes and enhancements.
  • Timely tracking, filtering and priority calibration of Core Model requests entries through periodic coordination and alignment with PBEx, Deploy Lead, Process Owners and Digital.
  • Driving weekly DA Operational Forum, to ensure new CM requests are evaluated and reviewed, ensuring readiness to the main Design Authority, through Position Paper and Solutions Paper readiness and completeness.
  • Ensuring readiness to the main Design Authority Forum by shortlisting priority key topics, material/deck readiness and early identification of extended invitees.
  • Responsible for the maintenance, access control, and data management of CoE Request Tool
  • Ensuring Design Authority process is adhered and properly adopted across SC functions and areas.

Education Background
  • University degree in engineering, IT/Digital or a related field preferred, or equivalent business trainings and education

Professional Experience
  • Solid experience in Supply Chain experience in 3 of the following discipline: demand planning, ibp, inventory planning, drp planning, S&OE Planning, material planning, purchasing, production planning, supplier management, external manufacturing& analytics, can also be IT/Digital experience
  • Demonstrate a strong overall knowledge and understanding of E2E Supply Chain in the Pharmaceutical industry, including markets or sites (entire process, data, organization, competencies, equipment, tools...) for Demand and Supply (DtC & PtM)
  • Competence for tools and working knowledge of the systems: Kinaxis, e2Open, SAP, Athena, iShift, and others (or fast-learner of new tools and software)
  • Track record of change management and continuous improvement process
  • Experience translating business needs into process and implementation requirements in a Transformation environment
