Main responsibilities:

Global Innovation Project Managers have responsibility to deliver multi-million-dollar innovation projects and achieve that outcome through effectively leading a cross-functional implementation team. The co-op in this role will be an important member of our PM team and will contribute directly to the project success through:

• Development of project approval presentations and participation in leadership governance reviews
  
• Supporting the Innovation PMs with project meeting follow-ups, interfacing daily with global cross functional subject matter experts
  
• Developing end to end project timelines in MS Project utilizing cross functional input
  
• Updating new product project status in our global innovation software
  
• Publishing clear and timely meeting agendas, notes and follow-ups
  

About You:

• Rising Junior, or Senior, pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business, Engineering or other relevant discipline at an accredited university.
  
• Comfortable with commuting to Morristown, NJ 3-4 days a week
  
• Strong Excel skills, MS Power Point experience, previous experience using of Power BI and/or MS Project is a plus.
  
• Keen attention to detail and take the time to understand what exists vs. what is possible, and stakeholders' needs and challenges.
  
• Enjoy partnering with stakeholders to design and implement meaningful outcomes.
  
• Ability to multi-task and handle several projects at one time.
  
• Self-directed individual willing to utilize all resources, be curious and ask questions.
