Our Department:
The direction GBS = Global Business Services in CHC Finance Direction provides Global services to the whole BU : Finance, Human Resources, Project management.
The department CFFS = Central Finance Flows and Solutions in GBS stands to facilitate all central finance operations involving the French companies notably entrepreneur (Opella Healthcare Group) and manufacturing & worldwide distribution one (Opella Healthcare International).
Our Team:
You will join the team IFSA = Intercompany Financial Solutions & Analytics : this is a global organizational unit covering:
- the definition and management of Intercompany financial and operational framework over the world ;
- the realization of those intercompany transactions ;
- the contribution to projects (acquisition, divestment, organizational changes, product launches...)
- the production of related analytics & deliverables.

This team is also from international culture (~10 different nationalities) and has currently 15 team members.
Main responsibilities:
Stakeholders Management:
- Maintain a strong link between Opella's main cross functional and cross boarder stakeholders, especially A2R, Tax and IFSA teams
- Empower local stakeholders on models (Royalties, Central Costs, R&D-innovation costs...) knowledge
End to end management of worldwide interco royalties paid within the Group and the follow-up of models with Tax/TP Stakeholders :
- Maintain referent data : Intellectual Property Owner ("IPO" legal entity), royalty rates, agreements/contracts
- Ensure quarterly communication with all stakeholders including commitment on referent data and reminders on global rules and model
- Provide quarterly (+ True-Up) calculation, booking instructions processing for direct approval from stakeholders, systems posting integration checks
End to end management of worldwide central costs model :CHC central for global & regional / R&D costs reinvoicing :
- Maintain & run the central costs mechanisms for quarterly (+ True-Up) calculation and bookings in the appropriate tools
- Drive / implement the model evolutions/continuous improvement
- Support internal and external audit
- Global and Local Service Agreements from non-CHC affiliate
- Maintain & run the GSA-LSA invoicing mechanisms for monthly (+ True-Up) calculation and bookings in the appropriate tools till move to TSA in 2025.
- Support internal and external audit
Participate to Projects:
- Coordinate the IFSA continuous improvement initiatives
- Contribute to projects impacting the Central Costs / Royalties / R&D-innovation model (Acquisition, Divestment, license, Business development etc.),
- Contribute to organizational programs and projects such as PLATINUM to ensure Tax and Transfer Prices impacts
About you
- Experience: Strong Accounting and Controlling background with experience in business and financial analysis
- Soft skills:
- Business Partner Mindset, service oriented
- Ability to transversally interact with stakeholders across all levels and in an international environment
- Proactive, self-driven and able to work in an autonomous environment
- Technical skills:
- Operational Expenses management
- Priority management to be able to reach deadlines
- Excellent use of Excel, Power BI, IBM Cognos TM1
- Good knowledge of SAP CO & FI modules.
- Main professional relationships: Ensure strong and efficient transversal relationships with other stakeholders, mainly:
- Tax and TP Corporate, regional or country tax managers
- IFSA team
- GBS, SBS Accounting, mainly Interco and A2R
- Finance teams (Corporate, GBUs, IA, Alliance, R&D)
- Treasury
- Languages: Fluent in English. French is a plus.
