CHC Business Analysis & Controlling team has the strategic role of monitoring financial performance and trajectory of manufacturing sites and global network. Our performance drives Cost of Goods Sold (COGs) down, protecting CHC competitiveness against peers.

Main responsibilities:

• Lead Wings project for CHC M&S
  • Partner with Global managerial reporting team and M&S Finance Performance teams.
  • Lead TM1 cloning activities: including coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and training sessions.
  • Leverage project to enhance existing procurement tracking solutions.
  • Anticipate project impact on M&S sites and propose resolutions.

• Drive system improvements:
  • Work closely with Global managerial reporting team, Digital and M&S Finance Performance teams
  • Propose enhancements to simplify site activities.
  • Lead implementation across M&S Network
  • Coordinate UAT and training sessions
  • Explore cutting-edge innovations like Generative AI.

• Coordinate Financial Forecast Processes:
  • Ensure alignment of global calendars with M&S requirements, including standard costs.
  • Streamline current M&S flash and actual processes.
  • Maintain data accuracy.

• Coordinate pushdown exercise for CHC

• Support sites with systems and processes during monthly closing and forecasting exercises: e.g., true up reconciliation, Marco analysis.

• Implement "écart de bouclage" analysis to ensure robust forecasting.
  Coordinate Global Finance Metadata (GFM) and access rights for CHC M&S

• Experience: Strong experience in Finance Manufacturing & Supply
• Soft skills: Ability to drive change, Working autonomously, excellent communication skills
• Technical skills: Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint. Strong Experience with financial tools such as TM1 and SAP.
• Education: master's degree in finance or business administration.
• Languages: Fluent in English, French is a plus.
