As the sales representative, you will sell our consumer healthcare brands in pharmacy and drugstores across Belgium. The opportunity will build business relationships with our customers, developing and negotiating plans which create a win-win for our shoppers, our customers and our company. As Sales Representative you will be in charge of maintaining and expanding a partnership with your key customers by continuously proposing solutions and plans that meet their objectives, you will develop a deep understanding of the product categories. This role will be a mix of achieving net sales and distribution targets, detailing of pharmacy staff and negotiate the best visibility on shelf.

Main responsibilities
- Drive territory sales performance to meet net sales and sell out targets
- Ensure that all distribution KPI's are met with strategic objectives
- Maximize in store visibility in line with cycle priorities
- Implementation of shopper materials to be best in class in instore execution
- Gain recommendation by detailing of pharmacy staff
- Execution of territory journey plan defined by potential and frequency
About you
- Experience: Experience in Consumer healthcare business or FMCG companies is a plus
- Soft Skills: Embrace a hands-on mentality by showing a proactive attitude, persuasiveness & entrepreneurial spirit to be a game changer, being assertive
- Commercial Skills: Proficient in negotiation tactics, adept at seizing opportunities and skilled in account management to service excellence
- Education: Bachelor's / Master degree
- Languages: Excellent communication and presentation skills (written and spoken) in Dutch, good knowledge of French and English are a plus
- Living in region East Flanders
