Sanofi has big plans to become the go-to employer in biopharma - and all roads lead to our brand-new careers site. You'll play a key role in ensuring we offer a best-in-class experience to our job seekers across our key digital channels (global careers site, CRM, LinkedIn Life pages and more), working with the wider Employer brand (EB) team to bring the Sanofi experience to life.

Your main focus will be to manage all aspects of our careers site from both a strategic and delivery perspective (platform vendors, day to day content updates, and overall governance) and collaborate closely with our EB content lead to deliver our wider content strategy across digital channels. You'll also monitor data/analytics and performance - contributing to our EB dashboard, proving ROI, tracking performance and key insights from different channels - adjusting strategy as needed to ensure KPIs are being met.

Main responsibilities:
  • Primary point of contact with platform/content vendors for the ongoing delivery and management of our global careers site - including scoped deliverables (local market pages, translations etc) and defining our approach to CMS updates and overall governance
  • Collaborate with EB/comms teams to plan and develop ongoing site content, style, and layout. Work with internal and external partners to help develop and publish content for global and local pages
  • Align with talent ops team to ensure integration with Workday is optimized, including enhancing job descriptions and ensuring employer brand strategy and candidate experience are seamless between the two platforms
  • Partner with Talent Operations, Corporate Communications/ Corporate digital teams and the broader Global Employer Brand Community to ensure a cohesive experience for candidates across the site
  • Responsible for career site analytics tracking and other digital channels performance - contributing to our EB dashboard - pulling in key insights and data from different platforms/channels and measuring performance against our KPIs
  • Work with digital/UX to ensure UX alignment and optimize content where relevant, and partner with comms/EB to manage content distribution across digital channels
  • Ensure compliance and law in regard to privacy, copywriter, photography, data protection
  • Create and maintain global employer brand CRM strategy and support in local market execution
  • Oversee LinkedIn life pages, Glassdoor/Indeed and other platforms, ensuring the candidate experience is consistent and driving traffic to the career website in a strategic manner

About you:

You'll have strong communication skills and experience working in a global, collaborative, and cross-functional environment. You'll be familiar with agile project management practices, well versed in candidate experience design and employer branding, and have in-depth knowledge of the career website and CRM space through the lens of the job seeker as well as the technical aspects.
  • Solid experience producing content for web, as well as channel specific knowledge (e.g., career website ecosystems, CRM, content management systems, blogs and dynamic content. and knowledge of employer branding and talent acquisition and understanding of the importance of creating exceptional candidate experiences
  • Experience with CMS systems and content optimization
  • Solid experience in project management and influencing a wider range of stakeholders
  • Basic knowledge of HTML and web publishing
  • Knowledge of SEO and web traffic metrics
  • Broader knowledge of EB/TA insight and metrics to measure impact and progress on our journey to become the go-to employer in bio-pharma

Qualifications:
  • Marketing, digital marketing (career website and CRM), recruitment marketing/employer brand experience, preferably in a global role at a complex matrix-structured company
  • Current or recent experience working within content management systems for career websites and/or CRMs
  • Experience working with global agency partners and managing external relationships
