As Employee Listening Analyst VIE in our Human Resources (HR) team you will be helping with managing and enhancing our global employee listening programs. This role will be pivotal in providing strategic insights, driving implementation, and ensuring effective communication of key initiatives aimed at understanding and improving employee experiences. Main responsibilities:
- Assist the Employee Listening Leader in developing and refining the strategy for employee listening programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and HR goals.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret employee feedback data from various sources (surveys, focus groups, exit interviews), providing actionable insights and recommendations to inform HR policies and initiatives.
- Aid in the planning, execution, and monitoring of employee listening initiatives, including surveys, pulse checks, and other feedback mechanisms. Ensure timely and smooth delivery of projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to communicate the findings, insights, and implications of employee feedback to key stakeholders, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Create regular reports and dashboards on employee sentiment and engagement levels, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) over time.
- Work closely with HR teams, business leaders, and external vendors to ensure that employee listening tools and processes are effectively integrated into the broader employee experience strategy.
- Monitor trends in employee engagement and listening practices both within Sanofi and externally, making recommendations for continuous improvement and innovation.
- Support the management and optimization of employee listening tools and platforms to ensure they remain up-to-date and effective.
About you
Experience:
- 1+ year experience in project management, HR, communications, or similar business functions would be a plus.
- Strong analytical skills, with experience in using data to drive decision-making.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex data in an understandable manner.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Familiarity with employee listening tools and survey platforms is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, Data Science, or a related field.
- Fluent English both written and verbal.
- Ability to communicate in German would be a plus.
