KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
• Act as the primary point of contact for; and provide advice and support on compliance matters related to concerned global functions.
• Support Compliance Operation Lead to centralized drive local and global E&BI strategic priorities and initiatives.
• Support Compliance Operation Lead on ad-hoc assignments as per Greater China Leadership/Global needs.
• Training Development:
• Conduct regular training sessions, workshops, and seminars to ensure all employees are aware of compliance policies and procedures.
• Update training materials regularly to reflect changes in regulations, policies, and industry best practices.
• Proactively seek feedback from employees to improve training and communication efforts.

• Communication:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for compliance-related inquiries and provide clear, accurate information to employees.
• Develop and distribute compliance communications, including newsletters, bulletins, and updates on regulatory changes.
• Foster a culture of compliance through effective communication strategies and initiatives.
• Culture Transformation:
• Drive Sanofi China's Culture transformation from compliance perspective, including but not limited to TRT landing, Speak-Up(Ombuds), Psychological safety, Organizational Justis, to ensure Culture as the organization's core and foundation can help Sanofi China adapt to more and more challenging compliance enviroment and realize China Y2030 strategy.
• Collaboration with Stakeholders (Global & Local):
• Act as the representative of Regional compliance contactor (Greater China) to work independently and closely with Global Project working team to ensure the implementation of Global Compliance Training and communication related programs, including but not limited to Code of Conduct (COC), Thoughtful Risk Taking (TRT) and Speak Up, etc.
• Work closely with local cross-functional teams(P&C, CE and Finance) to ensure compliance related topics integrated into all key company-wide platform, including but to limited to Onboarding Training, ERG, Kick Off Meeting and Refueling(Hornor) Platform, etc.
• Track and report on the effectiveness of training programs and communication efforts.
• Identify areas for improvement and recommend enhancements to training and communication strategies.
• Maintain records of training attendance and compliance-related communications.
Core Competency:
• Strong Data Analytic capability as well PPT skills.
JOB-HOLDER ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:
1. Degree in legal, finance, medicine, science or related disciplines.
2. Broad and in-depth knowledge and understanding of compliance related laws, regulations and requirements.
3. Minimum 5 years experience working in a large corporate environment is preferred.
5. Highly motivated and ambitious.
6. Able to work independently and prioritize effectively.
7. Analytical and proactive in resolving issues/problems.
8. Good EQ with the ability to communicate and collaborate with all levels of the organization.
10. Proficient in verbal and written English.
11. Experience in Big 4 auditing firm or Corporate Compliance working experience are advantages.
