Our Team:
Within the Ethics & Business Integrity department, EBI BP Lead, GenMed will review and assess GenMed operational risks, implement compliance programs to minimize such risks. Meanwhile, implement compliance programs in concerned divisions/functions to ensure an enhanced Sanofi culture of Ethics and Business Integrity.
Main responsibilities:
> Develop or ensure development of written policies and procedures in responsible GenMed designed to ensure compliance in all aspects of the Company's activities.
> Implement standard Compliance Trainings in responsible GenMed as per the training matrix and plan defined by global E&BI function while supplementing it with any additional and specific Training deemed necessary and appropriate for China operations, particularly within the Bus.

> Provide strategic and effective support on Compliance related issues to responsible GenMed in a proactive way, partnering with the business to ensure Compliance policies and procedures is understood, accepted and implemented being a key success factor for this role.
> Implement the Compliance Program elements and framework as designed and defined by Global E&BI in GenMed; Oversee and monitor implementation and effectiveness of the Compliance Program in GenMed; and initiate appropriate actions to communicate to all employees in responsible BU/functions, directly and in coordination with other departments, the importance of compliance and ethical business practices.
> Implement Compliance Processes as requested or directed by Global E&BI as part of anti-corruption and anti-bribery adequate procedures as for instance but not limited to Compliance based retention and management of third parties (due diligence etc.) in GenMed.
> Supporting China E&BI head, to work with HR/BU/global functions on the follow-up of implementations as far as disciplinary action is required for responsible areas.
> Support China E&BI head on the data preparation for monthly management meeting, monthly China Operating Model Meeting, as well as quarterly CCC meeting and its follow-up.
> Support China E&BI head on ad-hoc assignments as per business needs.
Education
• Minimum bachelors degree in business/Commerce/Marketing/Finance/Accounting/Legal
Experience and Knowledge
• 8-10 years+ of professional experiences in the areas of business operations of Rx healthcare or in compliance, legal, finance, or regulatory functions in a different sector and ideally both. Knowledge of control and risk systems, experience in Training and Communication and SOX would also be an advantage.
• Excellent knowledge and understating of RDPAC guidelines, and FCPA/UKBA/Chinese applicable anti-corruption/anti-bribery laws etc.
