About VIE:
iMove, the Sanofi VIE Program, is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28.

Main responsibilities
Manage Supply Chain activities for our CHC products produced in External Manufacturing sites.
Responsible to ensure optimal stock levels at Customers level and excellent customer service achievement.
Mission
- Responsible to monitor short-, medium- and long-term supply plan matching market demand.
- Analyse and act on out of scope or overstocks risk alerts (root cause analysis and mitigation plan).
- Provide visibility to production sites on Net Demand variation and to markets on supply constraints.
- Manage Master data for demand part (BOD, Stocking policy).
- Be involved in the portfolio management (switch, transfer, pruning, divestment).
- Follow up deployment plan from distribution center to final market (OTIF).
- Develop reports to support the team and highlight our Supply Chain KPIs.
- Drive initiatives and participate in continuous improvement program to enrich the ways of working and identify new opportunities within the perimeter of the business to get efficiencies.
Key accountabilities
- Supply continuity and risk management.
- Work in collaboration with External Manufacturing team to identify potential bottlenecks (Capacity, Resources, Material, etc..) and ensure that alternative solutions are in place to mitigate the impacts.
- Work in collaboration with several functions such as Market Supply Chain, Master Data, Export Customer Service, Quality, Regulatory.
- Be a key business partner in crisis management.

About you:
- Education / Experience
- Master's degree in Supply chain, Logistics, Economics or Business Administration
- 2 years or more of experience in Supply and/or Demand planning
- Experience in Pharmaceutical industry or related areas would be a plus
- Soft skills: You have an analytical mindset, excel in transversal teamwork. You are customer and patient-oriented, proactive, autonomous, and possess excellent communication skills.
- Technical skills: Proficiency in Demand and Supply Planning, data manipulation tools (Excel, Power BI), ERP systems, and familiarity with Kinaxis is a plus.
- Languages: Fluent in English. French/Spanish is a plus.
