As Donations and Sponsorships Data Management Specialist within our Global Corporate Affairs team, you'll be responsible for supporting the global CyberGrants system, as well as the policies and procedures related to healthcare contributions and philanthropic donations. You will develop a strong understanding of the company and its designated systems for managing requests, such as CyberGrants and SHIFT.

Main responsibilities:
The Donations and Sponsorships Data Management Specialist support the Patient Engagement & CSR team to support the processing of philanthropic donations and healthcare contributions through Cybergrants in collaboration with the US team dedicated to sponsorships.
- Administrating the Cybergrants global system and acting as the Cybergrants expert for processing philanthropic donations & healthcare contributions.
- Assisting Corporate Affairs stakeholders all around the world at global and local level with system issues, support, access, training, testing, reporting, and necessary enhancements.
- Updating the list of Cybergrants users and approvers all around the world.
- Testing interface in countries and resolving interface issue when needed (on iShift).
- Investigating payment issue when it occurs and working with different stakeholders to resolve it.
- Proceeding to compliance spot checks to ensure all Cybergrants users are processing philanthropic donations and healthcare contributions in line with Sanofi policies.
- Supporting Cybergrants user in submitting their due diligence and answering any questions related to this.
About you
- Experience: Previous experience in similar roles and project management knowledge is desirable
- Soft skills: Team player, customer-service oriented, organized and flexible
- Technical skills: Proficient in MS Office and Veeva knowledge
- Languages: Advanced English level
