The Global M&S Services acts as a cornerstone to this effort. Our team is responsible for delivering and supporting Global M&S teams by acting as a crucial link between our R&D and Manufacturing facilities, playing a vital role in securing the present portfolio and delivering future launches of high-quality and innovative drugs and vaccines.

Main responsibilities:

  • Lead global documentation team as well as the regional hub teams
  • Direct, motivate, coach, and develop team, conduct evaluation interviews
  • Initiate and implement current documentation processes and procedure
  • Track regulatory changes and new technical solution that could support process and documents improvements
  • Contribute to team effectiveness, identify risks
  • Manage work processes efficiently, respect laws
  • Verify compliance with Sanofi strategy and quality regulations
  • Interface to internal teams, corporate bodies (Global quality documentation head and CMS BPO)
  • Maintain a professional network and ensure a collaborative relationship with stakeholders
  • Ensure safety, health, environmental standards met
  • Communicate, report data analysis, maintain professional network

About you

Experience:

  • Approximately 5 years of professional experience in documentation, in GxP environment
  • Experience in leading teams an organizing work tasks

Soft and technical skills:

  • Proficient in problem-solving, attention to detail, and good organizational skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a flexible and proactive manner
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Agile thinker and learner, adaptable to complex & dynamic environments
  • Strong skills in Quality DMS, Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Education: Minimum bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Engineering, or a related field

Languages: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
