About the Job

The Director of HCP Engagement, Medical Meetings & Strategic Partnerships will be responsible for the development, execution and performance of the Dermatology specialty engagement strategy focused on large group practices, organized societies, and medical meetings & congresses. The role will elevate partnership and collaboration with the Dermatology, APP and bio coordinator community across all current and future Dermatology indications. This role will work closely with medical meeting organizers, Key Opinion Leaders, cross-functional partners including Alliance, Marketing, US Medical, Thought Leader Liaison, Sales Team, and logistics vendors to ensure strategic alignment, collaboration, and executional excellence across the Dermatology HCP Engagement team.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of an aligned strategy to elevate Dupixent's presence and impact at US national and regional congress.
  • Develop innovative strategies to enhance attendee engagement and interaction during the medical meetings.
  • Facilitate networking opportunities and interactive sessions to further enhance Sanofi's executive level engagement with Dermatology community.
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote the dermatology medical meetings.
  • Develop and optimize budgets for medical meetings, ensuring financial goals are met.
  • Partner with marketing, medical, patient advocacy to align and innovate on booths and displays.
  • Key partner with the Global team to ensure strategic alignment, collaboration and executional excellence at key meetings and congresses.
  • Drive internal and Alliance stakeholder alignment and develop strong relationships with cross-functional teams that support the brand.
  • Manage agencies and vendors as needed to develop and execute tactical marketing and educational programs.
  • Lead strategy and alignment to optimize the organizations impact and partnership with the bio coordinator community.
  • Partner to enhance education and specialty level collaboration between the Dermatologist and Allergist communities.
  • Lead strategy, cultivate partnership and gain alignment with organized large group practices to improve patient care and access to Dupixent.

About You

Pivotal Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in strategic roles within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry, with a focus on Marketing/HCP engagement, conference/congress strategy, execution, & measuring impact.
  • Customer-facing Dermatology experience with a deep understanding of the current landscape.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to leverage market research, customer insights, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Strong leadership abilities with the capability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex strategies to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including Senior Leaders.
  • Change management experience, with a track record of driving successful business transformations.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving measurable business outcomes.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively on matrix teams. Experience in navigating and managing complex alliance partnerships.
  • Prioritizes people development, promotes diversity and inclusion, and fosters innovation, transformation, and outside the box thinking.
  • Working knowledge of the regulatory environment, Dermatology, or Biologic experience is a plus.

The salary range for this position is $171,000.00 - $228,000.00 USD Annually.
