As a product manager within M&S Digital team in Sanofiyou'llbeis responsible forcreating experiences that delight our users and build technology products that can be scaled across M&S. Technology Products are digital/data platforms, services, and frameworks, that provide solution teams with the capabilities they need to deliver digital/ data solutions to various needs with Manufacturing & Supply teams in Sanofi. These technology products include a modern data platform using best-in-class AI/GenAImodels, along with digital capabilities in the domains of API, Events & micro-services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage build ofcutting-edgeAI /Generative AIenabledproducts across the product lifecycleby working closely with both internal and external partners.
  
• Engage with engineering and architecture teams across M&S Digital and M&S Business units at Sanofi to gather and prioritize product features.
  
• Research andmaintainexpert knowledge on the data science, AI and how data isoperatedlike a product in other large enterprises, and product offerings that would help to inform buy, build, partner decisioning.
  
• Collaborate with Product Line Manager to define the data and digital products strategy and roadmap.
  
• Deliver a product backlog with well-defined and prioritized product features with corresponding justification (the what and the why)
  
• Work with development teams by orchestrating their workthrough' JIRA tickets andhelp manage development backlog and run agile associated ceremonies in the team with the help of other product owners in your pod.
  
• Develop the core positioning and messaging for the data product.
  

About You:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant field.
  
• Absolutelyessentially topossessproblem-solving mindset, proven experienceofthriving in uncertainty.
  
• Provenability to navigate andsucceed in complex process-oriented organizations.
  
• Strong understanding of AI technologies including supervised learning, unsupervised learning,generativeAIand reinforcement learning.
  
• Track recordof deploying AI technologies toidentifiedhigh priority business needs.
  
• You have great attention to detail, you can remain focussed in light on a multitude of requests from executives, users, peers, managers, and developers.
  

Preferred Qualification:

• 3 to7yearsof experiencein high tech start-up or consulting
  
• Track recordin conducting user interviews, asking open ended questions, and uncovering the root cause of pains.
  
• Track recordof working with development teams to orchestrate their work through tools such as JIRA, Confluence and running ceremonies associated with Agile.
