About the Role

We are looking for a motivatedDigital IT Internto join our dynamic team in Budapest. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our digital initiatives and collaborate with departments across ourMulticountry European Zones (CEE and WEU). Working closely with the regional Digital IT Lead, you will support various digital projects, ensuring their timely execution, while gaining valuable experience in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities

Project Support

  • Assist with the execution of digital projects, ensuring deadlines are met with accuracy.
  • Conduct research, gather data, and prepare insightful reports.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas.

Administrative Tasks

  • Handle data entry, filing, scheduling, and general administrative support.
  • Organize and maintain project documentation for easy access.
  • Prepare presentations and other materials for internal and external meetings.

Communication

  • Collaborate effectively with team members and various departments.
  • Assist with internal and external correspondence and communication.
  • Take notes during meetings and provide concise summaries.

Learning and Development

  • Actively participate in training sessions and workshops to expand your skills.
  • Seek out opportunities to learn more about the industry and company culture.
  • Take initiative to understand the company's operations and digital strategies.

Collaboration

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
  • Provide support to other departments when needed, fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Contribute to a positive, productive work atmosphere.

What We're Looking For

  • Languages: Fluent in English (knowledge of any of the following is a plus: German, Hungarian, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Greek, Dutch, Ukrainian, Polish, Slovakian, Czech, Romanian).
  • Availability: Part-time (20 hours per week) with the flexibility to continue studies.

  • Education:

  • Technical Proficiency: Strong skills in MS Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Proactive Approach: Ability to take initiative and deliver high-quality results.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on achieving results.

  • Communication: Excellent communication skills to interact effectively across teams.
