Our Team:
Fully embedded in the CHC Manufacturing and Supply (M&S) department and more precisely in the Manufacturing Excellence team, our team "Digital Industrial Solutions" aims at building the best-in-class End to End Manufacturing model and deliver it successfully.
The Digital Industrial Solutions team deals with data, industrial systems and new digital tools on production sites. It serves operational excellence and acts as a bridge between business needs (processes) and the central digital teams. This team is currently under construction, which offers great opportunities to propose a new vision of digital operations at Opella, OHG division and new working methods (agile with the triptych business x digital business x central digital).
You will be exposed to a company in a full digital transformation. You'll interact with various teams (including shopfloor teams that at the heart of our operations).
About the role:
Depending on your profile, the subjects will focus more on systems (continuous improvement) or new digital tool, data.
- Responsible for continuous improvement projects
- Define digital requirements with the Manufacturing Excellence process team
- Develop the solution in close collaboration with the sites and central digital teams.
- Follow a project from start to finish: defining requirements, exploring and developing the solution, testing, measuring impact (KPIs), rolling out to sites.
- Identifying digital opportunities by visiting production sites (13 sites) to meet the industrial challenges of today and tomorrow.
- Take part in the company's transformation by supporting the teams on digital issues.
- You will be made aware of and introduced to the concepts of lean manufacturing as defined in our organization, as well as the tools that leverage industrial performance.
About you:
- Soft skills: you are a dynamic, results-oriented individual with a "hands on" style. You are pro-active, curious and eager to learn. You are adaptable to a fast-paced, high-growth, changing environment. You have excellent interpersonal skills.
- Hard skills: You have strong project management skills - ability to manage in parallel projects effectively. You have clear communication skills, both written and verbal, and you are competent in the use of Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerApp (as a plus)
- Education: Master's Degree in Engineer or Business School or University.
- Language: Fluent in English (verbal and written), knowledge in French appreciated.
