The Digital Facility Operations Management Lead is a project manager, with strong expertise in local facility projects and a deep knowledge of associated Digital eco-system (infrastructures, workplace services, resident applications, BMS, security solutions, ...).
Our team is engaged in designing, delivering and supporting Digital Tech Services for all CHC worldwide. We deliver our solutions in a highly competitive market answering FMCH needs and sometimes supporting regulated environments (GxP,SoXand other regional or local regulations). Our team operates in an international context, serving all markets in most of the countries around the world.

Digital Tech encompasses following capabilities: Integration, Enterprise Architecture, Operations, Cloud engineering, Platform Engineering (e.g. DevOps & related framework), Enabling Platforms (ServiceNow, Observability, Chatbots, RPA, ...), Digital Workplace and more "classical" infrastructures (hosting, network, servers, ...).
With this "Digital Facility Operations Management Lead" position part of Operations team, you will oversee all Real Estate / Facility Management topics (new building creation, change in an existing building, ...) and translate them into Digital activities you will execute in a project mode.

Main responsibilities
Standards & inventory
- Scope, Planning & Budget: Collaborate with Real Estate, Facility Management, and Security teams to ensure all projects are well-defined, planned, and budgeted. Focus on standardization and reusability to streamline processes.
- Build & maintain an accurate cartography and inventory of all company sites worldwide
- Develop & communicate a "PlayBook":Create a comprehensive guide that outlines the standards and procedures for executing facility projects. Ensure it is easily accessible and regularly updated to reflect any changes or improvements.
- Scope, Planning & Budget: Collaborate with Real Estate, Facility Management, and Security teams to ensure all projects are well-defined, planned, and budgeted. Focus on standardization and reusability to streamline processes.
- Develop standardized service patterns that prioritize reliability, efficiency, cost-effectiveness, agility, scalability, and reusability. Regularly review and update these patterns to ensure they meet evolving needs and standards.
Facility Project
- Alignment: Ensure projects are in alignment with local/global Business and Digital teams. Utilize external resources when required.
- Digital Lead: Take full digital lead on projects, acting as the unique point of contact for all digital aspects (infrastructure, workplace services, building applications, etc.).
- Delivery: Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget. Regularly communicate progress to business stakeholders
Quality & Compliance
- Adherence: Ensure compliance with rules, policies, standards, and applicable regulations (GxP, SOx, etc.).
- Consistency: Maintain consistency of referential data (e.g., ServiceNow CMDB) with the reality on sites.
Communication, adoption & education
- Partner with all internal and external stakeholders (Business, Digital, global/Regional, Quality, Industrial, etc.) to communicate roadmaps and anticipate efforts from their teams
- Create a close relationship with local infrastructure expert in our team to combine efforts on designing patterns and executing projects
About you
Technical background required
- Multi-year experience in facility management projects for Digital activities. A recognized professional with various proven experiences in international context across global organizations
- Experience and knowledge in facility eco-system (infrastructures, workplace services, building application, security application, resident applications, corporate application, ...) and their specificities
- Strong understanding of Information Technologies (including cloud, network...),architecture, etc.
- Strong project management skillset and ability to lead teams (technical or functional) with proven experience in managing them in an international & remote context.
Soft Skills
- Proven experience in leading and developing high-performing global virtual project teams.
- Ability to take ownership and lead even in ambiguous situations, helping to clarify uncertainties
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills and ability to translate technical language for business audiences.
- Strong critical-thinking and root-cause-analysis skills.
