The Department Assistant role within Pharma Medical Eurasia that will be coordinating the Medical Head and Leadership team through event and activity management, administrative and scheduling duties, and offering support across the team to ensure the smooth running of the units schedule. This role allows you to create engagement with team activities and events, whilst maintaining administration and documentation duties to a very high standard.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assisting the Pharma Medical Head & leadership team in leading the governance model - such as organizing and arranging meeting and events, with pre and post event documentation, etc.

- Supporting the Medical Head administration needs well across all activities, travel plans and events.
- Driving activities with the medical leaders such as team events, e.g. team building, ice breakers, team engagement activities, etc.
- Coordination work with agencies - supporting the internal and external communications teams with requests and projects as required
SKILLS, EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS
- Education Level: University Degree
- Experience eitherin a corporate environment - administrative assistant, team coordinator, event management or communications experience would be considered
- Fluency in English and Turkish
- Experienced with MS Office and systems
- Great communication and relationship building skills.
- A growth mindset with the ability to adapt and pivot in an ever-changing environment
- The ability to execute tasks and projects both independently and as part of a team where required
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
