Reporting to the Head of M&S Services, the Data Management Specialist will play a key role in managing and analyzing critical data to support stability management, environmental monitoring, and audit readiness. This position involves collecting and verifying data from multiple sources, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and identifying opportunities for process improvement. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to manage documentation effectively to uphold Sanofi's high standards in quality and operational excellence.
Main responsibilities:
- Collect data from electronic sources to create stability management and environmental monitoring reports
- Transcribe paper-based data into electronic formats and verify for accuracy and completeness
- Prepare and organize data and documentation to support audits and inspections
- Assist in creating reports and supporting audit preparation activities
- Ensure compliance with document control procedures and regulatory requirements
- Identify opportunities to improve data collection, transcription, and audit support processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address challenges and drive efficiencies in data management
About you
Experience:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in data management, including transcription and verification, preferably in report creation.
Soft skills:
- Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a flexible and proactive manner
- Agile mindset, capable of adapting to complex and dynamic environments
Technical skills:
- Quality systems (e.g., Veeva, Kneat, LIMS), Word, Excel, Power Point
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biology, or a related field.
Languages:
- Fluency in English is a must.
Any other European language is an added plus.
