Job Purpose:

Achieve personal and regional sales targets for registered products through digital engagement strategies. Foster and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals (HCPs) exclusively through digital channels in alignment with company objectives, values, and ethical standards.

What you'll be doing:
  • Digital Engagement and Sales:
    • Develop and execute digital engagement plans with HCPs to meet set sales goals and activity targets for responsible products.
    • Conduct virtual meetings, webinars, and other digital interactions to promote products and provide detailed information aligned with approved marketing strategies.

  • Utilize various digital channels (e.g., email, social media, virtual meetings) to engage with HCPs, ensuring optimal timing, format, and content for communication.
  • Align digital activities with the CSE GenMed omnichannel strategy to enhance HCP experience and achieve business objectives.
  • Digital Content Utilization:
    • Use only approved digital promotional materials and tools, adhering to company guidelines and ethical standards.
    • Share product features, benefits, and clinical data digitally, ensuring accurate and compliant communication.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making:
    • Leverage analytical tools and platforms such as OneCI to track engagement metrics and sales performance.
    • Analyze data to optimize digital interactions, identify opportunities, and differentiate customer experiences.
  • Knowledge Management:
    • Maintain current medical knowledge of responsible products and apply it effectively during digital interactions.
    • Stay informed about digital communication best practices, evolving regulations, and new digital tools.
  • Regulatory Compliance:
    • Ensure compliance with pharmacovigilance regulations, reporting quality issues in line with Sanofi standards.
    • Prepare and submit timely and accurate digital activity reports, utilizing ETMS and other reporting systems.
  • Collaboration and Reporting:
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align digital strategies with overall business objectives.
    • Report on digital engagement activities, outcomes, and insights to the District/Area Manager (DM/AM).
  • Agile Working Environment:
    • Work within an Agile framework, contributing to the "Development Team" within the HUB.
    • Deliver incremental value in digital sprints, aligning with overall business goals and agile principles.
  • Event Participation:
    • Organize and participate in digital seminars, webinars, and virtual congresses related to assigned products.
  • Representation and Confidentiality:
    • Represent Sanofi digitally in accordance with its values, code of ethics, and strategic goals.
    • Maintain confidentiality of non-public information and internal digital strategies and processes.

  • About you

    Experience:
    • Experience in promoting pharmaceutical products
    Soft and technical skills:
    • Proficiency in digital engagement tools, virtual meeting platforms, and CRM systems.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a focus on digital interactions.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a virtual environment.
    • Familiarity with agile working methods and principles.
    • Driving license
    • Result and customer orientation, dynamism, accuracy, diplomacy
    • Ability to work in matrix organization, team player
    • Adaptability to a rapidly changing environment
    • Ability to build relationships across departments and functions and to support a collaborative working environment

    Languages:
    • Communication level of English (both verbal and written) would be a plus
    Education:
    • University degree in Life Science (Medicine, Pharmacy, Biology, Chemistry, Medical, Bioengineering, etc.) would be a plus
