As Customer Engagement Manager (Brand Manager) within our Immunology Team, oversee the strategic planning, development, and implementation of marketing activities for our products. The Brand Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring the brand's success by driving market share, improving brand awareness, and aligning marketing strategies with business objectives.

Main responsibilities:

Strategic Planning and Brand Development:
  • Customer Engagement local strategic and operational plans (Brand Plan) preparation and execution in constant collaboration with medical, customer experience teams and key support functions (Digital, GTMC, Legal, Ethics & Business Integrity, Regulatory Affairs) to achieve excellence in multichannel engagement, market leadership and business goals.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitive dynamics, translating insights into actionable strategies.
  • Define brand positioning, messaging, and value propositions for products in alignment with corporate objectives.
  • Create and manage product lifecycle plans, including launches, line extensions, and product discontinuation strategies.
Marketing Campaigns and Promotions
  • Plan and implement marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, events, and healthcare professional engagements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., sales, medical, regulatory) to ensure that all programs, resources, and tools are harmonized and at the highest standard of excellence.
  • Define best practice content strategy implementation in respect to positioning and messages (Glocal model). Manage localization and approval processes of the local promotional and KOLs activities / content materials.
Data-Driven Decision Making
  • Proficiently pull analyses and share data on monthly and quarterly basis to highlight insights and make actionable decisions with marketing and customer experience teams, and across MCO CE network.
Financial Management
  • Prepare and manage the annual brand marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources.
  • Track and report on financial performance, including sales, market share, and campaign BOI.
Education & Training
  • Ensure Immunology team members (sales reps) are equipped with necessary knowledge and tools related to Customer engagement, multi-channel activities by training field force to meet customer expectations and handle various customer interactions effectively.
Communication & Collaboration
  • Participate in cross country CE projects.
  • Collaborate with MCO content lead in implementing the content roadmap at country level in line with MCO Brand Lead' strategic plan to ensure personalized and relevant engagement.
  • Liaise with local service colleagues and Customer Experience Partners (Field Force Representatives) to identify areas where performance shows that assistance by the Customer Engagement team may be beneficial to enhance Customer Experience.
Stakeholder Engagement
  • Work in close collaboration with medical to build relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders to enhance brand credibility.
  • Manage collaboration with local Scientific Societies and ensure optimal local congresses plan execution.
  • Partner with internal teams to align sales and marketing efforts for seamless execution.
  • Coordinate with external agencies for creative development, and public relations initiatives.
Access & Launch Readiness
  • Lead pre and post launch activities to maximize launch potential.
  • Cross collaborates and align with MCO & local stakeholders to ensure
  • full operational launch readiness.
  • Collaborate with Trade & Market access to ensure optimal access and
  • mitigate competitor risk.
About you


Education and Experience:
  • University degree (medical field would be an advantage), preferably an additional education in Business Management, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in pharmaceutical field, in an international environment, experience in ENT would be an advantage.
  • Specialist in Customer Engagement or strong experience around commercial and/or tactical marketing.
Knowledge:
  • Marketing knowledge, strategic analysis and planning, project management, Microsoft Office knowledge and skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), communication, presentation skills, persuasion, ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Familiarity with relevant Sanofi systems (PromoMat, OneCRM, OneCI, Plai, CLH, Market Explorers, Multichannel tools, etc), ability to use analytical tools to improve customer engagement, execution excellence.
Skills and Competencies:
  • Excellent communication skills, ability to engage people,
  • Creativity and focus on finding solutions to achieve results.
  • Persuasion, ability to work cross-functionally.
Languages:
  • Fluency in Romanian and English, both written and spoken
